 NCCA Chapter By-Laws The attached NCCA By-Laws were updated as September 20, 2011. A quorum of 30 members (either in person or by proxy) was achieved and approved. Changes to the NCCA By-Laws included: ARTICLE III MEMBERSHIP Section 1. SUB-CHAPTER - Any group composed of executive chefs, chefs, working chefs, research and development chefs, pastry chefs, chefs garde manger, banquet chefs, sous chefs, chef educators, cooks, pastry chefs, culinary students and apprentices lawfully organized for the pourpose of promoting the welfare of the culinary professions, shall have the privilege of applying for a Sub-Chapter of the Nation's Capital Chef's Association located in Washington, DC.
- Candidates shall file a written application for membership to the Chapter or National ACF office.
ARTICLE V - MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS: Section 2. Quorum Fifteen (15) members in good standing, in person or by proxy, shall constitute a quoerum for the holding of a monthly meeting of the membership.
