Our American Culinary Federation Chapter, the Nation's Capital Chef's Associaiton, is made up of several varieties of Chefs:  Restaurant, Hotel, High School and Post-Secondary Educators, Military, Institution, Convention, Country Club, Private/Personal and Catering. 
 
There are several levels of membership to fit your personnel needs.  ACF Membership categories are:  Professional Culinarian, Culinarian, Student Culinarian, Junior Culinarian, Associate and Allied.
 
The chapter meets monthly - the 3rd Monday of each month at a location graciously hosted by the chef or property owner.  Additionally, our Events Committee is always looking for dedicated individuals to develop, coordinate and execute events to support the ACF Chef & Child Foundation and our chapter.
